Returns & Refunds Policy

At Charm Optical, we want you to have a positive shopping experience. If you receive your purchased products and want to initiate a return or refund, we will try our best to help you.

Full refunds are available up to 30 days after receiving your purchased items. Replacements for any purchases made and received within 180 days are available for you, without reason.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval, your refund will be processed through the same method of payment during your purchase.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all the above steps, and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@charmoptical.com.

Unfortunately all sale items may not be refunded. 

 

Shipping Policy

For all your purchases we ship USPS First Class, and shipping costs will be on us. Depending on your area, the time it may take for your purchased item(s) to reach you may vary.

For returns shipping, we will provide you with a return label once we receive your return or exchange request.
